  1. Define the role of an 'information architect'.
  2. Analyze some well-known websites. How is the material organized? Is it logical and intuitive? How easy is it to find any particular page on the site?
  3. In your view, what are the biggest failings of many websites? Is it in the style of writing, the page appearance, or the navigation system and organization of material?
  4. How can a hyperlink offer sufficient information that the user can know what to expect on the page before going there?
