  8. Find more about optimal small-group sizes. At what lower end do people start to feel threatened and uncomfortable? At what upper end do people start to feel shy or excluded? Do these figures vary in different cultures?
  9. What are the likely strengths and weaknesses of an Alpha-type course operating on the Internet?
