  1. Why is it so important to give people a clear explanation of the contents of a linked page?
  2. Compare the use of simple title= tooltip comments within hyperlnks, with the more complex javascript popups. What are the disadvantages and advantages of each?
  3. What uses can you see for a tooltip offered for a word or phrase which is not a hyperlink? How best should we distinguish the color or text decoration for these words, compared with hyperlinks?
  4. If you use Javascript to open a page in a new window, do you know how to include fall-back coding so that the page will also open for someone with Javascript switched off?
